You pay your monthly rent on the 1st of every month

DEPOSIT

We do not charge a deposit

HOLDING DEPOSIT

We charge a refundable holding deposit of no more than a weeks rent to secure the room whilst the application process takes place. This is taken off your first months rent when you move in
